Right to Terminate

Arbitration and Governing Law
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Orange County, Florida before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures and in accordance with the Expedited Procedures in those Rules. Judgment on the Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction. The Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
No Class or Representative Actions
The arbitration can resolve only your and/or The International Drive Chamber of Commerce’s individual claims, and the arbitrator shall have no authority to entertain or arbitrate any claims on a class or representative basis, or unless both you and The International Drive Chamber of Commerce agree otherwise in writing, to consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated.
